Solid Gold Baby! has Asian pear, green apple, orange, lemon, turmeric and ginger, and if you need a break after some late nights at the bar, consider the Liver Flush, with carrot, beetroot, ginger, and lemon.

With an infinity pool overlooking the Caicos Bank on one side and the Columbus Passage of the Atlantic Ocean on the other, the views up here can't be beat—and neither can the food. It's a culinary experience completely unexpected in such a remote setting. If there's nothing you fancy, the chefs will do their best to provide you with something more to your liking. 

Off the town's main drag, this restaurant sits on a stunning but quiet stretch of beach just north of Cockburn Town. The food goes beyond the usual Grand Turk fare and is some of the island's best. They have an international theme night buffet on Tuesdays, each week featuring the cuisine of a different country. The wonderful barbecue on Saturday nights, including live music beachside, is a must-do event for locals and visitors alike. This is also a good spot to enjoy live music. There's jazz on Friday nights, rake 'n' scrape on Saturdays, and there's a fantastic saxophonist on Sundays. Dine inside by candlelight or out under starry skies. During the high season there's a lot more on offer, including movie night on the beach, Japanese bento box dinners, and even oldies night with a musician from Salt Cay.

The setting is chic with white fabrics blowing in the wind, diners dressed for clubbing, and tables surrounding a courtyard with views of the lighted pool. It's as if a small piece of South Beach has been transported to the tropics, albeit with an old-world flair. Even the food is chic; the menu is intentionally crafted by Chef Andrew Mirosch to tell a story and to also support the local farmers and fishermen. His passion for this restaurant is even more evident in its name—as the namesake is none other than his own daughter. For lunch, head to their beach bar called Zest—you don't even have to change out of your beach or pool attire.

Relatively new on the scene, this restaurant is at the Beach House with the pool as its backdrop, simple and uncomplicated. A unique feature is the Veuve Clicquot champagne bar with a caviar menu. The regular menu features a nice tuna tartare, a pumpkin ravioli suitable for the vegetarian, and superb coconut-herb mahimahi, among many other fish dishes. They have a hydroponic garden, and you can pick your own lettuce for your salad.

The restaurant is the nicest (and adults-only) of the Turks and Caicos Collection all-inclusive offerings, so if you're not staying at the Beach House, the Alexandra, or Blue Haven, it's best to make a reservation.

Once they discover this little gem, most locals and visitors make a point of starting each day here with a cup of the best coffee on the island. There are a few chairs and tables inside the café, which shares its space with an adorable little florist and gift shop, and more seating outside along the main drag of Grace Bay. If you're looking for a quick and easy bite, you can grab a pre-made sandwich from the cooler or choose one of the homemade pastries. Miss B is cook, the bartender, the hostess, and even leads karaoke sessions when there's a crowd, yet she still makes the time to chat with every guest. The menu is simple, but the food is good and includes fresh fish and conch, juicy burgers, and jerk chicken. There's indoor and outdoor seating, and strong Wi-Fi. Dinner is available during the high season by reservation, and Miss B will deliver to just about any part of North or Middle Caicos. The $5 drinks and snacks are a bargain in these parts.

Fondly thought of as the gathering spot, this bistro with a full bar and occasional live music is a block from the dock and overlooking the salina. It offers simple but good breakfast, lunch, and dinner fare that changes depending on what's available. Theme nights (tacos on Tuesday, ribs on Sunday) are popular with visitors and locals, making this a great hangout for all. Reservations for dinner are essential and must be made by 2 pm. The kitchen closes at 8 pm.

This beautiful restaurant has French doors that lead to a breezy terrace, with the Royal West Indies pool as a stunning backdrop. Chef Peter Redstone uses local ingredients to create upscale Caribbean dishes, including blackened mahimahi with citrus rice and a deconstructed lobster ravioli during lobster season. As an alternative to seafood, try the Lamb Provencale or the oxtail spring rolls. Head here for some local live music on Wednesday and Sunday evenings.

Right on Grace Bay Beach overlooking tranquil waters, this is a perfect spot to enjoy midday, as bathing attire is perfectly acceptable. Much of the Mexican and Tex-Mex fare—including desserts—is made from scratch. There's live music some nights and a DJ on Sunday afternoons.

The signature mojito is spectacular with its fresh mint, freshly ground sugarcane, and a shot of champagne. If it’s a glass of wine you’re looking for, they have a wide selection. The food is excellent, with the freshest seafood and choicest cuts of meat available on Provo. The menu changes daily but always includes a good selection so that all members within your dining party are happy. Their team behind the scenes will not disappoint you, but be sure to allow plenty of time for any Amanyara experience, as it is far more than just a meal. If you are not an Amanyara guest, you must make a call for special access privileges. Reservations must be made at least two days in advance for either lunch or dinner.

Known for friendly service that perfectly compliments the delicious food, Aquatic is a good choice for a bite to eat. Fresh fish fried, steamed, or grilled and burgers and cracked conch are always on the menu. They also offer daily specials depending on what they were able to pick up from the store. It's one of the few spots to grab a hearty breakfast as well. Try the tuna with grits, a local specialty.

Located at the island's newest resort, Rock House, and within the cliffside, Beach Cliff offers unrivalled views and a fantastic atmosphere. Their breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus take inspiration from a number of different cuisines, cultivating a selection of offerings that are unlike anywhere else on island. There is also a bar literally built within the rock, where you can order drinks from their master mixologist and take in the ocean views that make Blue Mountain a villa hotspot.

Located in the heart of Grace Bay, this coffee store has all your favorite caffeinated options as well as tasty treats and satisfying breakfasts. With free Wi-Fi, this place is also great for getting some quick work done as well as people-watching.

This restaurant is a little more upscale than most of the other dining spots on the island, with a lovely view of the ocean and tablecloths in the evening. It's become the place to be on Saturday nights, when a sizzling menu of barbecue ribs, chicken, and lobster (in season) combines with live music. The rest of the week offers a menu that changes frequently and a full bar with specialty drinks. Located at South Caicos Ocean and Beach Resort, the grill is the only restaurant that operates oceanside. Here you can find a diverse menu that includes burgers, chicken, and freshly caught fish, as well as some exquisite lobster dishes (when in season). At night this turns into a gathering place for visitors and locals alike; it can be quite lively. On the flip side, it's also one of the few spots to get a decent breakfast any day of the week.

This little gem is quite unusual to be associated with such a large resort. Simple and lovely, set by the pool and within walking distance from the beach, this open-air restaurant has offerings for brunch and dinner. Their Neapolitan pizzas are certainly worth the hype, but if you're looking for a more hearty meal, their Premium Angus Tenderloin has also received rave reviews. It isn't frequented by the local crowd much, but this hidden treasure is worth the visit.

Located at the Provo Golf Club, Fairways is open seven days a week for breakfast and lunch. Hot or cold breakfast is offered during the week, while Sunday brunch features such favorites as waffles and eggs Benedict. Lunches are snack-style bites along with an array of sandwiches and salads. Golfers will enjoy the view down the fairway and over a green. On Friday and Saturday nights they serve bar food and show sporting events.

This restaurant is exquisitely set at the Blue Haven Resort & Marina, with Leeward Chanel and red mangroves as its backdrop. Start and end your evening with a drink in one of the waterside hammocks or lovely nooks set along the man-made spit overhanging the channel; the seating is comfortably arranged around a fire table, with glass to block the stronger breezes and cooler winds during the winter months. Dining can be under the stars or open air, under-roof. You will find such entrées as grilled lobster and pork tenderloin and, for vegetarians, mushroom and arugula risotto. When in season, they also offer an amazing Lobster Thermidor. Additionally, they have an extensive breakfast buffet offering a variety of options that are tasty and appeal to every craving.

Located at the Sandy Point Marina, this café offers something for everyone, including cracked conch and fresh fish, as well as burgers and sandwiches. It's a great little place to grab a bite to eat before you head out to explore the islands or before catching the ferry back to Provo. There's no sign. Just head for the umbrella-covered tables and you'll see the takeout window where you place your order.

The casual yet gorgeous setting, with a patio and deck offering unobstructed views of Grace Bay, makes this one of the most popular dining venues on the island. At lunch, you can’t miss the conch, served however you prefer, but the mango shrimp salad is also excellent. Live music a couple of nights a week adds to the ambience.

This is a must-try, as it has delicious home-style island cooking. They have a wide array of local dishes and something for everyone. For around $10, you can order a full meal consisting of peas or okra and rice, a barbecue main, and another side. Located directly next to the Gustarvus Lightbourne Sports Complex, this is also the only drive-thru restaurant in the country. So just look for the row of cars lined up on the side of a brown building.

Friday night's barbecue ribs are reason enough to stop by this small restaurant, serving traditional island fare for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Sit inside the air-conditioned dining room for a welcome break from the heat, or grab a picnic table under the trees outside. If you need to check in to see what's happening in the world, they also offer free Wi-Fi.

Pat's Place serves your traditional breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you're looking for fresh, home-cooked fish, this is the place to go. Pat's Place has a quaint setup on the back patio of her home, in the midst of a beautiful garden. It's definitely a stop you should make, but like other places on Salt Cay, please be sure to call ahead for dinner reservations.
