Claudio Corallo Chocolate
Known for producing the best chocolate in the world, Italian Claudio Corallo is fanatical about using the finest cocoa beans and making sure they are packed and processed properly from his plantation in central Sao Tome & Principe. Corallo has been featured in a number of major magazines, including National Geographic. Straight-up chocolate bars and others flavored with ginger, orange, or salt and pepper have varying percentages of cocoa. Corallo tackles coffee, too.
