Planning Your Time

If you have extremely limited time, you could fly to İzmir and overnight in Şirince or Selçuk, then visit Ephesus and other nearby attractions in one day, leaving again the following morning. With a little more time, you could spend several hours visiting Aphrodisias on the way to Pamukkale, make a relatively quick visit there, overnight in Pamukkale town, then fly out early the next morning from Denizli. To explore the region in depth, allow about 10 days, working your way south from İzmir to Bodrum, stopping at sights and beaches along the way.
