The modern rooms in this friendly, family-run operation, each of them named after a vineyard, come with stunning views; there's also a "wellness suite" complete with its own sauna. The hotel is right at the town wall, a few steps from the town center and beneath a castle. The Stüber family's restaurant has an excellent selection of Bacharacher wines to accompany the elegantly prepared Bacharacher Rieslingbraten (beef braised in riesling) and other regional specialties.
