Chef Steve Love accompanies his Herefordshire rib eye with slow-cooked ox cheek and pickled carrots, while his fillet of coley comes with celery porridge. The excellent wine list has been nominated for national awards. All menus are fixed-price; the tasting menu is £75. Reservations are recommended.
